Game Objective
Fill every empty square with a number. In each row, each column, and each thick-outlined area, every number must appear exactly once, so no number can repeat inside the same row, column, or outlined area.
Fill in the grid so that each row, column and square block contains one of every digit.
How to Play
Click a square, then type a number to fill it. Press Backspace to erase a selected square. Right-click a square and type numbers to add or remove pencil marks for possible answers.
These puzzles reward careful deduction more than speed. Start with the most constrained clues, eliminate impossible choices step by step, and avoid guessing unless the puzzle specifically calls for it.
Beginner Tips
- Start with a row, column, or thick-outlined area that already has many numbers filled in.
- If a number already appears in the same row, column, or outlined area, it cannot go in that square.
- Use pencil marks when several numbers are possible, then remove candidates as you confirm nearby numbers.
