Game Objective
Connect all islands into one continuous network. The number on each island tells you how many bridges must touch it. Bridges run only horizontally or vertically, must not cross, and each pair of islands can usually have at most two bridges.
Connect all the islands with a network of bridges.
How to Play
Click and hold an island, then drag left, right, up, or down to connect it to the nearest island in that direction. Repeat the same drag to cycle between a single bridge, a double bridge, and removing the bridge. Click an island to mark it as completed.
These puzzles reward careful deduction more than speed. Start with the most constrained clues, eliminate impossible choices step by step, and avoid guessing unless the puzzle specifically calls for it.
Beginner Tips
- Begin with islands that have high numbers or very few possible directions; they usually force bridges quickly.
- Keep checking each island's remaining bridge count so you do not overfill it.
- At the end, every island must belong to the same connected network. Separate closed groups are not allowed.
